switch.me and its affiliated companies will only process your personal data for the purpose for which it was collected. The collection of data is necessary for us to provide you with a user-friendly internet service. To provide you with our debt collection services, we will also require some very personal data such as your signature when you grant us power of attorney or your bank account information, which we will store in encrypted form on secure servers. Your bank account information will be deleted 48 h after the refund was transferred onto your account. You may modify or change your personal data via e-mail to info@switch.me . Upon your request we will inform you which data switch.me has stored about you.
